It cost a bit more than regular paint (if my memory serves me correctly) but that stuff was really good. One coat of the primer and the drywall literally felt like it had been covered with an egg shell. After priming, I found a bit of a high spot in one of my drywall seams - I tried to sand it ... |

If the walls were spec'ed at 142.5 center to center, and the walls were made of 2X4's with 1/2" drywall on each side, you should have a drywall to drywall measurement of 138".
