The boards were fine to work with, and quick install. But, the stainless steel nails against the white trim are an eyesore. It looks like we have 2 choices... paint the whole board (which we hoped to avoid by using AZEK) or spot paint each nail. Any Suggestions out there... . ... |

We are now a corner lot. They really did a number here on us. They built it up very high (about 3.5' higher than my land) and my back and side yard, that runs adjacent to the road, now is very low and sunk in. the ground from the street slopes down steep to my yard. I olny have one shut off valve before the HWH which I requested. It's NOT a check valve just a shut off. I'm still not sure if these's a BFP 800' away in the meter pit. So if I don't have a BFP then would that mean my problem is not related to pressure ? . ... |

I've pulled off siding that has been on for 40 yrs, and the felt behind it looked as good as new. Time will tell if the housewrap is as durable. S. "Colbyt" |

You would see a series of shut-off valves with a short contraption between them if you had one. S. |

As the pressure builds, the check valve on the BFP won't allow the pressure to be returned down line back into the water system. Even if you don't have a BFP, you may still need an exp.tank. We've had the problem before where a valve would pop off during middle of the night. It was a mystery a... |
