IRC 2001 is the basis for all building code for municipalities over 5000 pop. in Texas, minimum. Texas state law. The supplier has asked that in order to be able to fit their doors and to make it withstand a powered wheelchair user (which I need). I would need to install Stone steps /cills at the bottom.
