He suggested exterior latex. That's what I used and it was still good last time I checked. Sounds like the pipe in your situation will be flexing a bit more, so 30 years might be a stretch. I think you are asking about distributing cubic meters. I think your prime question is the difference in fuel consumption between idle and hard operation. My answers are limited.
