Calculation advice for car park

Hi, I am currently looking at a car park and as part of the car park we have a drainage channel at the base of the down ramps to catch whatever rain falls directly or sheds off cars. Can someone advise on the calculation to work out the necessary width of drainage channel to ensure the water doesnt simply shoot past and over. If there is a website where information like this (anything relating to calculating rainwater/gutters/sumps) is found, I would be extremely pleased to find it. Thanks greatly Lee . |
