It rounds the edges off. Last broom finish I saw, the finishers used a water bucket and big brush prior to brooming. They sprinkled a small amount of water on the surface just prior to brooming. Because "now" you no longer "have" to. Cost is $5-7/sq ft. Labor not included (do it yourself). I haven't installed it yet. I'll let you know how it turns out. Encasing anything in concrete besides rebar gives homeowners the willys. It doesn't bother the contractors... |

It doesn't have full 3-D rendering capabilities, so I dunno if your people would like it, but it is the bomb for construction drawings.
