Labor not included (do it yourself). I haven't installed it yet. I'll let you know how it turns out. Encasing anything in concrete besides rebar gives homeowners the willys. It doesn't bother the contractors however one bit. Let's compare prices: 500 sq ft Florheat system $3000 for all materials and the control panel. Snap to install. Peace of mind. 500 sq ft concrete encased system: ??? I don't know... Why would anyone encase their hydronic system in concrete if they didn't have to? It is now for the encasers to defend their systems, not the other way around. Not that I care. Get whatever makes you happy. Life is short. DF . |
