They said that they would pay out even if the wiring was not permitted/ inspected. I was surprised. Now I don't have that in writing. I would be more concerned about a future purchaser suing me if there was a death due to a fire caused by wiring I'd worked on. It would be harder to prove 'due diligence'... |

My son-in-law owns a laundromat and they have a recirc-loop in the hot water line. It doesn't do anything until someone turns on the hot water. Then the recirc-pump pulls water from the far end of the hot water line along with the cold water, which goes into the heater. This system would be of no bene... |

I don't know what I was thinking of when I posted that. There is a simple flow switch that starts the burner when a faucet is turned on. There would still be a problem though. If the pump kept the same water flowing through the loop, over and over the heater would over heat the water. There would need to be a temp. sensitive switch or a timer on the re-cerk. pum... |
