It tends to create problems for the concrete. I don't know what you're after, but you might be pleased to not use stone or sacks of concrete. Then pick up one side of the structure and slide a piece of angle iron under the wall. Put a couple of screws in it to hold it in place, slide some short pieces of pipe under the angle iron, and then do the same thing to the other side.
