How handy are you ? Pour the concrete for the new floor, first. Then pick up one side of the structure and slide a piece of angle iron under the wall. Put a couple of screws in it to hold it in place, slide some short pieces of pipe under the angle iron, and then do the same thing to the other side. A few guys should be able to push it right over to where you want it. The only trickey part would be, placing the pipes in the correct directions so the building goes where you want it to go. -- Joe I have a timber summer house measureing approx 6m x 5m with a heigh of 3m. It is currently resting flat on a concrete base, and is not physically attached. I now want to move the entire structure approx 2.5 meteres from the current location, so that I can free up the space for a garage. Question: Can anyone recommend an approach or a company that performs this service? I am based in the South East of England, in Kent. |
