Full 6% Agent - In my opinion, the seller should use a full-service broker to sell the house. Most discount brokers don't really do much to earn their commsission. As a seller you would want an agent to accompany all showings of the house, do all the open houses, creat and distribute flyers, etc. as well as bring in only qualified buyers.
