I think it is amazing that homes are selling like this in some areas of the country. In Houston, we NEVER have a "bidding war" where a property is intentionally listed below market for this reason. I mean, our market is really hot right now, but I can't fathom the insanity that you guys are talking about. Kinda like I can't fathom paying over $500K for one of these little shitboxes I see selling in California....... talk about overvalued homes. . |
