I routinely listed homes (hundreds of them on my own and hundreds of others by my co-workers) in the Buy Owner system and simultaneously listed them in the MLS for at least 3% higher. Even though Buy Owner had a HUGE advertising budget. TV, billboard, three major papers, Internet and a huge book distribution, I would say 3/4 of them ended up selling through the MLS despite the higher price. -- Warmest regards, |
