I used to be an agent on LI NY. I am now an agent in FL. On the Island it was not uncommon for limited service brokers to take listings at 2% and put them out with a SBC of .5%. They are doing a small amount of business. I will not go out of my way to show buyers a listing on MLS that will only pay me %1 or even worse, %.5!
