All such numbers I have seen simply reflect the fact that FSBOs generally have smaller houses. Stop looking for some sophisticated theory. Remember the classical carp on FSBOs is that they price too high..not too low. The drawback of doing a FSBO is primarily failure to sell. Sure there are other problems...but then again most agents price badly..... |

In case you haven't noticed most people increase their debt via credit cards, then re finance their home to spread the payments. In my mind this is stupid. People who exercise restraint on personal discressional spending can live more comfortably and increase their equity at a much faster rate if they trade up. ... |
