Gio Medici - Freeze-Proof Faucet Leak - I've got one of those faucets that look like a pipe sticking out of the groud with a pull-up handle on it. I tried tightening the nut at the top where the rod comes through, which helped some. It stopped the water from coming around the nut, but it still leaks some from the hose. I presume the washers are messed up down below, and it's possible it froze with the hose still attached, what...
