If so, I suggest you drive around and look at existing metal roofs. A lot of fast food structures use hipped metal roof toppings for their box. The important point is to find an excellent installer. Generally, the unit plugs in with a four conducter socket that is not reversable. So, you just out with the old, and in with the new. Nearly fool proof. You've got four pins on the timer. My cheat sheet is out in the truck. But..... the one pin that is separate from the others is the ground for the motor. The cente... |

After a few bad experiences with alleged roofing contractors who turned out only to be rip-off artists (in both senses of the word), I'm considering a metal roof for a major re-roofing job that would necessitate removal and replacement of a great deal of plywood on this 30+ year-old ranch. The problem is the roof style is hip, and there's no way the family can afford to change ... |

For the price of doing all that could you put in tankless water heaters ? They heat the water when you turn the faucet on and provide unlimited hot water. I think they make them in gas and electric. Seems easier than the dual water heaters. www.tankless.com is an example, I do not work for that firm, they came up first in... |

The other heater will be at the other end of the house under the master bath room and it will also supply the guest bath room. My questio... |

Most artificial scents have elements that bother my nose, so I add a few whole cloves, a chunk of stick cinnamon and several drops of food-grade lemon oil and some orange extract to the water.
