But it is an expense and needs to be in there. If anyone is buying it they are going to calculate that before they would close. I like them because you depreciate the building and equipment quickly which helps shelter income. They seem to work well around apartments. Usually need a minimum of a third of an acre for stand alone auto wash. In the right spot they though off good cash with little maintenance. Anyone else own any of these? . ... |
