Okay, if you buy a property at a tax sale and receive a "tax deed", I know that you cannot get title insurance for let's say 5 years in some states, but my quesiton is during that time, let's say you bought a house or condo: IS the tax deed sufficient in order for you to obtain liability & structural insurance?? Can you begin immediately renting the place out and collecting rent? Any problems getting a property manager to handle the place? Can you turn around and sell the property before you get title insurance? Thanks! . |
