Also you seem to miss the point that many of the realtors own units in these buildings, so they have additional motives for inflating the prices. I guess its hard to generalize when there are 10... |

Your interest rate will probably be 1-2% higher than the line of credit, but the rate will be fixed for the life of the loan, which could be at 20 years.
