Run a legnth of 12-24" rigid pipe or pvc at a 2% fall from center of the pipe at the avg. creek water level to basicly where your pond will be. You can put a bracket on using red head system or tapcon system. You don't want to put any wood in concrete if you can avoid it. It is done on polebarns however.
