"DanG" - Re: Bolt forms to footers? - If you're going to loose sleep over it, there are nail holes in the bottoms of the forms. Use a tapcon bit in your hammer drill, drill, shove in a piece of electrician's #12 wire or even a couple of strands of tie wire, drive in a 16d dbl head. You'll need a big crow bar to pull 'em. I would not use tapcons, they are prone to snapping if you try to drive them more than 3/4" deep....

Drill a 1/4" hole in the footer every foot where the door/windows are and every 4'-6' where there are no doors/windows. Pound the bolts into the concrete and tighten them.
