Replacement of the roof, drywall replacement in several rooms and full house carpet replacement. I've found a General Contractor who says they can do the work. They left an agreement with me to sign before they'll begin any contact with the ... |

I don't know your elevations, ground conditions, or site plan so... I think the key is in your water table. Take the average height of your creek. Run a legnth of 12-24" rigid pipe or pvc at a 2% fall from center of the pipe at the avg. creek water level to basicly where your pond will be. I would then leave a minimum of 25' between creek and pond and build ... |

You can put a bracket on using red head system or tapcon system. You don't want to put any wood in concrete if you can avoid it. It is done on polebarns however. Basicly I have heard mixed theories on the "structural wood post in concrete". I find it easier to plumb with a bracket (you can pull a nail) AW "Robert Reznikoff" <2rrezn... |

I think youhave told me what i suspected: the more "heat strip" the more expensively the heatpump units runs. So in other words youwould want to pick a heat pump with a less amount of heat strip. If the heat strip is doing the job of the unit, there is something deficient about the unit, ... |
