Is Dubai a bubble?

I was reading about the supposed bubble epidemic in dubai with the issue that the property industry will crash. Grapeshisha.com seems to think there is a slight risk but doesnt make a decision either way, whereas ameinfo.com is all push push pro dubai. There does not seem to be anyone who is vehemently against the Dubai growth when quite frankly there is always a massive risk in such growth. Am i the only one thinking this? Does this whole thing in Dubai go against economic principles? Where would be the best place to invest say gbp 100,000 for 3 years at the highest return with the lowest risk? Nadine . |
