Your training would be ok, maybe 60 hours and a few hundred in fees, but then (at least around me) you need to work for a broker in order to do transactions; you can't become a broker yourself for 3 years. If you knew a flexible broker who'd sign you on for your one transaction you could do it, but the broker usually takes 1/2 of the new realtor's commission, so you'd only be saving $9k at that point, and if you knew a broker well enough to ask them to do that you could just do a deal where they'd kick you back some of the |
