getttinginfo@yahoo.com - Radiant Heating Consumer Information Site - I recently compiled all the information I had about radiant heating from recent research and put it on-line. It took me quite a while to just find all of this stuff, so hopefully this will save folks some time. http://www.radiant-heat-floor-methods.com/ . ...

"R." - Flooring recommendations for basement - Don't want to get too cold, go high maintenance or unhealthy. Have heard carpet outgassing can be a health hazard, and many contain carcinogens - not so bad for adults but infants are a lot closer to the floor than we are. My wife likes cork, but we're running an office down there and the chair wheels will be murder on cork I think. Suggestions? - R. . ...

"Rald" - how long can I wait between applying flux and soldering? - I fluxed a run of copper pipe with fittings, but I ran out of Mapp gas. (actually it seems like the tank is half full, but I can't get any more gas out). Should the pipe/fittings be cleaned and refluxed tomorrow when I get more Mapp gas or can the flux sit for a couple days? Also, how long can a sanded pipe/fixture go until it should have any oxidation removed? My guess is that ...

I have connected all wires as specified in the book, yet it still does not work. there were 4 wires out from the ceiling: black, white, red, and copper. Black to black from receiver, white to white from receiver. The red wire is for the wall switch, so I connected the red and black together. ceiling fan light turns on fine, ...

holymoley80@gmail.com - Remote Controlled Whole house fan - I installed a 24" Direct Drive whole house fan from Master Flow recently and currently it just has a pull string with off/high/low settings.
