The previous owners repaired and renovated extensively, but nothing in the house is square. The interior doors do not latch, or even stick closed. As far as I can tell, there are two reasons for this. First, as I said before, nothing is square. Most of the doors (big, heavy, 8' tall solid wood) don't even reach the strike plate...... |

The builder may alot of mistakes, including many of the subs he chose to use. Unofrtunately we were not under contract but paid him hourly so our recourse is limited. The rebuilt a deck using plywood on doug fir joists hanging on a cleat bolted to the side of my house. He opted to cover the deck with a rubberized coating covered with aggregage but... |
