There is for example an approved and tested method of making aluminum wire connections to copper wire using an COPALUM tool. How about homes - I thought AL wiring in homes no longer was approved? When I lived in the south a bunch of "modular homes" factory built with AL wiring burned - had everybody looking at their wires.
