Then when you broom it you will not have any ridges or trowel marks. As for when to start troweling, there are many factors to consider. Every time it rains, the french drain does it's job. Unfortunately, the problem is that the water still hits the furring strips and then mildews and develops mold. Is there anything to do? I've removed the furring strips but and will replace them with new ones. But can I seal the new wood with some ... |

I was thinking of getting a PDA where I can bring it home and put it in my Excel spreadsheet. I save the receipts, so maybe I 'm just too lazy to take the receipts out every night and put them in the spreadsheet.
