Then when you broom it you will not have any ridges or trowel marks. As for when to start troweling, there are many factors to consider. When your finger only penetrates about a half inch or so it may be time but concrete does not always dry evenly. Remember if you have a low spot and you broom over it you will still... |

Every time it rains, the french drain does it's job. Unfortunately, the problem is that the water still hits the furring strips and then mildews and develops mold. Is there anything to do?
