Rick Wilmath - Re: Best CAD program for architects? - There is another somewhat obscure software program that works within Autocad called Arch-t. I use this program and have been real happy with it. Using it a person will draw the floor plan and then tell the program to convert to 3d. At that point you can insert windows, doors and the roof.
