Fed has raised the rate to 2.5% with no hint of stopping yet.... But mortage rates and yields on 10 year notes are either falling or at the very least staying the same It's like the market thinks the fed is wrong, that something will happen that will cause them to drop rates very quickly again.... Is my thinking correct? basically the market is call... |
