I'm traveling to Puerto Rico in September, and would like to tour the bioluminescent bay at Las Cabezas de San Juan, near Fajardo. Most of the tours are by kayak, but I have heard that you can take a tour by electric motorboat. Physical limitations prevent me from doing a mile and a half round trip by kayak, so I'm really interested to find any of these tour operator... |
