St. Croix will be a bit difficult to do within the limitations of a cruise ship stop. Tortola is iffy, too, because there are only a few ferries; if you miss it , you've missed the ship. The price was about the same as Golden Caribbeans Sunday prices and allowed me to book to Grenada and return from Tobago. Evidently people are now scared of hurricanes at the wrong time of year.
