Our county grants temporary C.O.s and our lender will as well. Lender sees this as 95% done. Hopfully the county will grant us one seeing as we have no intension of occuping the house anytime soon anyway. So I imagine major systems have to be up and running. What about A/C, not heat just A/C ? Rough grading is... |
