If the wall is 14' long, all you will need 3-14' 2X6's instead of 14' 2X4's. Two 2x6x8' for the end studs and 10 more regular studs. 40 bucks will probably do it and you will have a much better job. I would add: Stagger electric outlets so there is at least one stud between. This eliminates flanking path. Use SABj (sound attenuating blankets) which are more dense than standard fiber insulation.
