Lovely island, but no snorkeling facilities as there are no beaches. Unless you hire a boat or book a guided boat tour. St. Maarten/St. Martin has some nice beaches, but flourishing coral? Neh. It is a prime DIVING spot, but I'm not sure about depths for snorkeling. I haven't found any first-class beach access snorkeling places on St Martin.
