It's getting a bit tiresome seeing one misguided American after another with
their cutsie little yellow or red-white-blue ribbons on their outsized SUVs.
Yeah, I guess it's the thing to do; maybe part of that whole soccer-mom
culture. Unfortunately, the only thing they demonstrate is that the person
behind the wheel is a clueless, gullible, misgu...

"Double A" - selling, title/survey problems
- I have encountered a problem closing on a rental property that I have
had a contract on for close to 3 months.

I am selling. At the end of the contract there was a clause that
stated that "closing would occur in 14 days depending on survey and
title"
Survey came and discovered a section of 'wasteland' connecting t...

Carvel Co - Re: New agent start up costs?
- Hi Pam,
To get into real estate, you should have at least 6 to 9 months of
reserve to sustain your lifestyle. In addition, be prepared to spend
about $3,000 in the first few months. Everything cost money up front.
DRE fee, fingerprint scanning service, Risk Management fee, MLS
access, business cards, brochures, postcards, flyers, postage, open
house signs, stationery, training and...

batwanda@yahoo.com - Re: How to evict my wife
- I would say (as a mortgage broker) you need to look at your deed,
mortgage, note. Who signed. In the state of florida you cant buy a
primary without your spouse on it. I imagine you bought it as a
second home and she may or may not have been on the paperwork. If she
isnt, it would seem to me (and this is in no way legal advice) it is
yours to sell. If you hold it jointly however, you...

batwanda@yahoo.com - Re: Disclosure Laws
- I would say first, if the realtor isnt the broker of his office, a call
placed to the broker to vent some frustration, and ask for help would

assisting on the variance request. Next, was there any written
disclosures about what the land was good fo...
