Many windows have this intentional hole that lets trapped water escape. If it is plugged, the water pools until it spills out of the cahannel onto wherever you do not want it to go. |

A powerwasher alone wont do it. First you need to degrease and wash it with the strongest chemicals-soaps. Using a floor scrubber is best, then powerwash. Then follow by an acid wash. Then dry .
