Cleaning concrete is not easy especialy old concrete for paint to take tire wear. A powerwasher alone wont do it. First you need to degrease and wash it with the strongest chemicals-soaps. Using a floor scrubber is best, then powerwash. Then follow by an acid wash. Then dry . Then test for permeability, then dry. again. Ive had my 2 men spend a day just cleaning, . Paint is the easy part , but is only as good as the prep. H&C at Sherwin Willams make an oil concrete stain that never peels when properly done. . |
