I would recomend pouring a dry slump untill you get past the water and make sure you use a concrete vibrator fo "sting" the concrete every few feet as you pour to ensure there are no air pockets. Just not to long in one place.I would also take a hammer and beat on your forms to get the cream to the surface. Look up ... |
