I have not yet bought but wondered how I can increase my assetts over the long term with real estate. My actual gain is about 50% of the total sale price of teh original property. If I buy two smaller units and rent them out the rental will about equal teh laon payments.. can someone explain how this makes sense? Also assume ... |
