A friend of mine is looking to get in on some condos in Las Vegas. She plans to rent out the condo. These condos are right on the strip. She is torn between getting a studio condo or a one bedroom. She asked me to ask around. So I'm turning to one of the best sources I know. You guys! Ok guys, which of the choices the studio or the one bedroom will yield a higher ROI? and which one is easier to rent? And if you guys don't know, how can I find out? Thanks in advance Marvin . |
