The chimney needs tuck pointed and a few bricks are cracked; mortar and silicon caulk will solve that problem. The flashing, however, has pulled away from the brick. It appears that whoever did the last roof job, didn't put the flashing in the mortar joint but simply affixed the flashing to the face... |
