A property I am evaluating for rehab and resale will need one or two floor joists repaired (sistered)due to water damage from a leaking bathtub. Shoudl be around 1500-2000. would need to see that whole scenario to give you adequate advise. You can get the same rate on a conventional loan if you dont use a broker but use a Banker.
