Inland Revenu Service is a division of the UK withholding Givernment that allows the US to withold the taxes and forward them to the UK in response if the non resident of the US doesnt pay their taxes to teh Country of Origin thus being if you are a UK resident then they will withhold here on the UK;s behalf. If you are a UK citizen then this is correct and you can off set this. Do you pay taxes int eh UK, How manyyears have you been here, is the proerty OO or NOO.
