ktrujillo@zionsbank.com - Contract with my realtor - Prior to listing my home with an agent I had it for sale by owner. While FSBO I had a guy who was very interested in the property and I felt that he would purchase the property, but the timing was not right for him and he said he would have to wait a few months. When signing the contract with the realtor I decided to go with I put this guys name on a list of people who would be excluded...

"DiezMon" - Electric radiant floor heat from scratch? - Hello all, I've been reading up on electric in-floor radiant heat. I see there are several manufacturers and distributors out there, and various types. My question is.. why couldn't one just get a supply of nicrome wire and construct their own system? I know you'd have to deal with temp/voltage control and those basic things, but it seems to me it'd be cheaper to go this route....

Rich - Toro Recycler Mower (Guaranteed To Start?) - I have a Toro Recycler Mower with a "Guaranteed To Start" engine. The mower is self-propelled with an electric start and is about a year and a half old. It is very difficult to start the mower the first time, either by electric start or by pulling the cord. Once I get it started the first time, it is no problem to restart after emptying the bag. Does anyone have any suggestio...

"Elliott Plack, USAR" - Substance detectors everyone needs. - Besides smoke detectors, what other detectors should everyone have? I ask because I have heard mixed opinions about CO detectors. "Billy" - Carpenters - Bow Window Install - DIY Job? - I'm considering removing and installing a new Andersen Bow Window (about 10'W x 5'H) with 2 friends. Is this a DIY job, or is a pro a must? I'm fairly handy, for instance, last year I installed a pre-hung door with two sidelights (all one unit) with just one other person. I'm thinking that it's simply seating the pre-hung window in place with a couple of people, leveling the sill,...
