"Timothy Kroesen" - - But you already stated you use an alias in the very 'building' of such records (like banking records)... Therefore if others are free do the same... what value are "built up" ID's... Of what value is it to British society to allow multiple social ID numbers for the same person in any case? It makes no sense and is just a consequence of lax British ID law IMO. Soon to change in today...
