"pekoleo" - Self Serve Car Wash - I have purchased two self serve car washes. I like them because you depreciate the building and equipment quickly which helps shelter income. They seem to work well around apartments. Usually need a minimum of a third of an acre for stand alone auto wash. In the right spot they though off good cash with little maintenance.
