I did not realize a property got a lien when it became a nuisance. How long after a code violation has been posted will it get a lien, usually? Then under the field for the type of document, type in that designation and the time period you are interested in researching. As an example in my county, if I were looking for people with IRS liens, I would choose "FTL", which is a Federal Tax Lien. HTH "Manga27" |
