Matt - Summer/Winter Fans - Hi, Question on fans... maybe someone here either has an idea or edumicated guess :) #1 - In the summer time is it better to have ceiling fans blowing up or down.. and why? #2 - In the summer time (DUH!) is it better to have window fans sucking or blowing?
